Aboriginal Marine Training and Employment Partnership (AMTEP)

The Camosun Coastal Centre is working with the Coast Salish Employment and Training Society (CSETS) who has partnered with the Aboriginal Community Career Employment Services Society (ACCESS) to deliver the Aboriginal Marine Training and Employment Partnership (AMTEP). The goal of the AMTEP program is to provide Aboriginal people with certified training leading to employment in the Marine Industry.  We are currently running the Ship Repair Entry Level Training Program with 16 students from First Nations communities on South Vancouver Island.  Students will be looking for employment upon completion of the course on August 17, 2018.

If you are an employer looking to work with us or partner on upcoming indigenous training programs please contact us.
