Corporate Lean Training Request for Proposals

Summary Details:
This RFP seeks proposals for the development of a corporate training program in the area of Lean /Continuous Improvement. Training is aimed at industrial manufacturing and service companies, and would be delivered as part of a broad provincial supplier development program.

The Government of British Columbia, in partnership with industry, is working to create a new multi-year, multi-sector supplier development program (BC SDP) designed to assist B.C. companies in becoming more globally competitive and better able to successfully participate in global supply chains (either major domestic projects or export markets). The Industrial Marine Training and Applied Research Centre (IMTARC) is government's lead industrial partner for the development of the BC SDP.

The training developed in association with this RFP will facilitate high quality support in the area of Lean/Continuous Improvement through the BC SDP.

Please note Section 6 of the RFP that outlines the timelines to be followed. In order to ensure receipt of IMTARC's official responses to all questions posed, it is requested that interested proponents provide confirmation of their intent to bid by February 17, 2017.
