Position description:

Lead and manage the daily operative activities of the Machining & Grinding Department for remanufacturing services in the Vancouver Workshop. Ensure that operating tasks are solved in optimized way. 

Requirements: 

Trades qualified or equivalent 
Workshop background 
Attention to detail 
Excellent organizational skills 
Cost awareness 
Health and safety knowledge 
SAP 
Standard office PC tools experience (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). 
Trades Qualifications or degree in Marine/Mechanical Engineering.
+5 years of workshop experience and 3- 5 years supervisory experience with budget control experience or the equivalent combination of education and experience
